Meet Sarah

Experience with a human perspective.

Sarah Christensen is a diversity, equity and inclusion strategist with more than 20 years of experience supporting people and organisations.

With a background in psychology and occupational psychology, Sarah combines an understanding of human behaviour with a practical approach to organisational change.

Her work spans consultancy, learning and development, and coaching—helping organisations build inclusive practices while supporting individuals to grow.

Sarah is also a published academic author and has lectured on the Edinburgh Business School MBA programme.
